Chewllagen is a dog treat made from the collagen extracted from South American grass-fed cattle hide. The collagen proteins are hydrolysed and broken down through a heating process into smaller and more easily digestible molecules. The collagen is then shaped and baked where it acquires its bread like texture before being dipped in real chicken.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body and has many important functions, including the growth and repair of bones, tendons, ligaments, skin and fur. As animals age, they produce less and lower-quality collagen.
Consisting of mainly type 1 and type 3 collagen, Chewllagen stimulates cartilage production, cushioning joints and reducing joint pain. We charge £5.00 for Delivery which is always via our own transport.
In order for Deliveries to go out on time we require all orders be placed prior to 5pm, the day before delivery.
Customers can order and pay in advance. Your order will be packed and stored in our freezers until delivery day.
